I can agree (to some extent) with the statement about every model in the list except the first one. Her acting in Race...OMG!!! help me!...I just can't relive the experience!!!

Yesterday I was watching the movie 'Gandhi'. Needless to say, it's an amazing movie which I feel every Indian should watch. The last time I watched this movie I was 4 or 5 years old.
One of the dialogues that struck me was

Gandhi: "Mr. Kinnoch, I beg you to accept that there is no people on earth who would not prefer their own bad government to the "good" government of an alien power."

It reminded me of Iraq.

BTW, I liked the theme/message of the movie but the movie could have been better...and the movie is not for kids and the faint-hearted!

When the news of the murder came in the media, one of the thoughts that came to my mind was "most probably Suresh Gopi will make a movie on this twin murder case!"

Guys...I dont want to spoil the fun by giving you a detailed review of the movie but I must say...its a treat to watch. Funny as hell...its Jack Black all the way!

MY THOUGHT: The movie makes laziness and obesity look cool!

Few days ago I borrowed a DVD from ADM Library and watched Before Sunrise(1995) and I just couldn't wait to watch its sequel Before Sunset(2004). It was a very simple and beautiful movie about twp total strangers(Ethan Hawke and Julie Delpy) meeting on a train and then spending that day together talking about their life, philosophy, love and so on.

I just loved the movie that when I rented the sequel I didn't even want to look at the cover picture of the DVD so as to not to spoil the suspense. I felt like when I was 7 years old and the latest Tinkle comic book had just arrived by post. I used to run with the Tinkle to the bedroom, switch on the fan, get under the blanket to make myself cozy before even opening the cover of the mail ! i know it sounds crazy but at that age who wasn't?!

Before Sunset was equally good and I didn't want it to end.

It was exam time and I don't know why, I badly wanted to watch some really good romantic movies. So, as usual I check the internet for best romantic movies list. Here are the ones I watched in the past couple of weeks:

1. City of Angels(1998)
2. The Notebook(2004)
3. Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind(2004)
4. Casablanca(1942)
5. Love Story(1970)
6. The Holiday(2006)
7. Pride & Prejudice(2005)

I had already watched some of the movies those websites suggested like Sleepless in Seattle, Titanic, When Harry met Sally...I didn't watch those again. I wanted to put my own short reviews about these six movies but then these are all kind of old ones so no point in me doing it.

By the way I haven't stopped watching romantic movies so if you guys have any suggestion please let me know.

Kadha Parayumbol is going to be remade in Hindi with the name Billo Barber . But that not what made me post this article that came in rediff, check the second last  line in it...

"Since the film is made in Bollywood, Shah Rukh Khan will romance three girls -- Kareena Kapoor, Deepika Padukone and Priyanka Chopra. Juhi Chawla will play Billo's wife."
